The parking garage scheme SPOT is developed as essentially new parking system with complete automation of process, - beginning from installation of the car which has arrived on a parking and all subsequent operated moving of the car in garage space. The system allows to use as much as possible all internal garage territory and to install motor vehicles on parking, using the internal area of parking complex, which are not necessary now for maneuvering in garage space and not used area (an order of 3-4 square metres, on both sides of each parked car) necessary for entry and an exit from a motor vehicle. It is economy of 25-30 percent internal parking spaces. Actually, cars are parked closely to each other, without intervals, excepting loss scarce parking spaces in garage on a parking. According to the developed technique of a parking using technology SPOT for today in garage the area of 100 square metres using various configurations of system SPOT it is possible to place from 10 till 15-16 cars, against real ability of storage existing for today in the same territory 4 - 5 cars.  The system effectively works without dependence from a configuration of a premise, its extent, height, intragarage designs, partitions, support, columns, the communications, bearing walls of a building. Thus, for building of garages can be used existing «dead zones», not used for a parking, intercolumned spaces, deadlocks and technical premises.  System provide constant and operative availability to any car located on a parking SPOT, and as fast reception of any car from any point of garage territory. 

 

The system is completely automated and does not demand presence of the operator. All actions on installation, a parking and delivery of the car from garage it is made by the computer under specially developed program. The automatic rack - the hardware block which reacts to car appearance before barrier, identifies and checks the admission of the owner then automatically submits on the platform of entrance a design of system SPOT operated manually, or the computer program, for the further maneuvering in garage space and installations of the parked car in garage or a parking. Then the driver and passengers leave car salon, and system SPOT with the car fixed in it, independently moves on in advance calculated by the computer parking place.  

 

Depending on the parked car of time set by the owner and duration of a parking, the computer chooses the most effective zone for parking of the given car, - or near to delivery point, or parks the car deeply inside parking complex, thereby saving the electric power and time of delivery of other cars, if a storage time of the given car long enough. 

In big parking complexes SPOT allows, for acceleration of process of reception (delivery) of the car from parking, possibility of application of special function as that the command about desirable time of reception of the car is informed the operator or SMS by the message, or a call by phone, or by means of the radio-controlled panel given out on entrance.  

 

Thus, presence of the person in parking territory is excluded completely, that certainly raises safety inside parking complex as the control over all movement of platforms is carried out by automatics. Thereby it is saved not only the space of a parking complex but also that is not less important - is saved more valuable, - time spent for search of parking place, maneuvering and the subsequent delivery of a motor vehicle.  Delivery and car installation on a parking occurs in specially equipped comfortable terminal where the operated design delivers the car for few minutes. Technology SPOT is possible as for use in big parking complexes, and in small territories of separate elite apartment houses or in technical premises of basement floors of any buildings where the usual parking could not be provided at all, in view of absence what or possibilities for installation and maneuvering of cars.  Actually to establish SPACE PARKING OPTIMIZATION TECHNOLOGY it is possible in a cellar of any building having the technical possibility for entrance of cars. In any case using of parking systems SPOT globally solves a parking problem, both for big parking complexes, and in the small closed territories or in premises. The system is easily integrated into any architectural configurations, and can serve as small garages capacity from 3-4 cars and huge parking complexes.
