When the Customer comes back to the airport, he can send an SMS with his flight date and time to SPOT Parking Computer Control System, which will activate the system, prepare his vehicle and serve it to operation car claim area, as well as report the Customer via SMS.

Nowadays, there is already a commercial solution, which can maximally facilitate parking processes and this solution is called SPACE PARKING OPTIMISATION TECHNOLOGY. This is a system based on logical replacement of parking platform under the control of numerical program control unit (NPC).

Differences of traditional parking and SPOT System are clear on the picture, where SPOT System have placed twice as much vehicles at the same one-floor parking.

Garage scheme of SPOT Parking was developed as brand new autonomic parking system with full process automation, starting from vehicle placement, ending with all following vehicle movements in garage space. System improves efficiency of use of internal garage area, allowing using it at maximal performance. The system operates with internal garage passages, which are currently required for vehicles maneuvering inside the garage territory. There is also unused space (approx. 3 - 4 meters by both sides of each parking vehicle) that is required to get into and out of the car. Using this territory it is possible to save 25 - 30 % of internal garage space. Actually this means, that vehicles are placed very close to each other, without any gaps - this excepts the loss of valuable parking space inside the garage. 

According to designed parking method, by use of different types of SPOT technology configurations, it is possible to place 10 - 14 vehicles within the area, which could previously accommodate only 5. 

The system works efficiently within any space configuration, length, height, complexity, fullness with internal constructions, crosswalls, supports, columns, communications and building bearing walls. This means, that all ‘dead spaces' of garage area, which are not used for parking including intercolumn spaces, blind alleys and service rooms can be used as SPOT parking territory.

System ensures continuous operative and independent availability for any vehicle that is placed at SPOT Parking, as well as quick delivery of any vehicle from any point of garage area. The system is fully automatic and doesn't require operator control. All actions for vehicle parking and delivery are executed via computer, which uses special software. Automatic post (hardware unit) which responds to appearance of vehicle before the gates, executes authorization and checks Customer ID, after which automatically delivers SPOT parking platform to the entry site. SPOT Platform can be controlled manually of by computer software in order to move it in garage space and place it at the parking. 

After platform deliver driver and passengers leave the vehicle and SPOT System with fixed car automatically moves to the parking place allocated previously by computer. With regard to parking time and duration set by the Customer, computer selects the most convenient area to place this vehicle: close to delivery post or, if continuous parking time was selected, deep inside the parking complex, meanwhile saving electric power and time of delivery of other vehicles. Implementation of SPOT System in big parking complexes, in order to lower the time of car delivery from parking area, allows use of special functions, such as request of desired time of vehicle delivery. This request can be sent to operator, via SMS or phone, or with use of radio-controlled token. This method excepts human staying within the parking area, which undoubtedly improves safety inside the parking complex, as far as all actions are executed by automatic robots. This can save not only valuable area of parking complex but also the time spent for parking search, maneuverings and vehicle delivery. 

Possibility of car theft is completely eliminated. Vehicle delivery and placing is executed in specially equipped and comfortable station, where a controlled platform can deliver Customer's car within the least time.

It is possible to implement SPOT technology both in big parking complexes and small areas of specific elite living houses as well as small underground floors of any kind of buildings, where convenient parking is not applicable due to design. Theoretically, it is possible to place SPOT Parking in a basement of any building, equipped with car entries. 

Nevertheless, implementation of SPOT Parking Systems will globally handle with the parking problem both for big parking complexes and small closed areas and rooms. System can be easily integrated into any room and structure; it can maintain both small garages for 3 - 4 vehicles and huge parking complexes.

Application of SPOT System can solve the imperious problems of traffic occupancy of megalopolises centers in any state of the world. SPOT System is environmentally friendly; it not only saves parking space, but also vehicle fuel, as far as its equipment allows parking with shut down engines.

Metal parking is a structure built on a base of metallic fabricated structure.

Metal car parks can be of following type: closed (multistorey buildings based on a metal structure, roofing and wall systems), semi-closed (wall structures can be partially modified; parts of wall can be replaced with a fencing net) and opened.

Floors of multistorey parks can also be of various type, for instance some floor systems allow adjusting useful floor height, lowering fire safety costs and building construction time.

The form-factor of SPOT Parking Systems allows separating every parking place with columns, although passages of 24 m in width can also be made. Due to low weight of the structure, basement loads are low and foundation can also be lightened.

General advantages of metal parkings are following: low mounting time (parking based on steel structure is usually built 35 - 45 % faster than concrete structure) and high degree of solution typification.
